CEO of PT Enviro Tekno Alam, Muhammad Rifqi Alam was chosen as the most inspiring young figure by Indonesia Award Magazine.
The head of Indonesia Award Magazine, Rafanara Paramudya, said that the assessment had been carried out very selectively to choose who was considered worthy of the award.
He said, Indonesia Award Magazine is an activity organized to increase the motivation of entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, politicians, academics, professionals and others.
“We hope that with this annual program, it can increase the competitiveness of the nation’s children. And bring this nation to a better direction,” said Rafanara.
“Because the recipients of this award can certainly spread their kindness to the surrounding environment,” he added.
Rifqi admitted that he did not expect to get the award.
“Honestly, I was surprised when I was contacted that I received this award because there are other young entrepreneurs who are more deserving. I advise millennials to never stop dreaming even in the midst of difficult conditions today,” Rifqi said.
According to him, the COVID-19 pandemic is indeed a scourge in business but must be faced with full confidence that everything can be passed and must think ahead in order to create new products.
Rifqi hopes that this award can make him even more motivated to have a greater impact in terms of entrepreneurship in the field of environment and waste.
In addition, he also hopes that Indonesia will give birth to many young sociopreneurs who care more about the environment.
